Squid Game Partnership Launch Details
The official Fortnite X account has announced that the collaboration with Squid Game will launch on Friday, June 27. Coinciding with this launch, the Summer Event will also begin, allowing players to engage in both events simultaneously. Premium outfits inspired by the show’s distinctive guard uniforms will become available through the in-game store during this period.
Revamped Battle Arena Features
This collaboration introduces the Squid Grounds map, a new addition to the Reload Royale mode. Unlike previous crossovers that added specific points of interest, this marks the first time an entire map has been designed for a partnership event. Leaked details suggest challenges resembling the show’s brutal elimination games will feature prominently, replacing previous fan-made content removed through copyright claims.
