Recently, it was announced that Pokémon Legends: Z-A will launch on Switch and Switch 2 on 16th October. The pricing details have been disclosed, and it’s surprisingly reasonable.

According to reports from Serebii and Joe Merrick on BlueSky, the game will cost £49.99 for Switch and £59.99 for Switch 2. In Japan, these prices translate to 7,100 Yen and 8,100 Yen respectively, with an upgrade pack for 1,000 Yen. We expect a similar $60/$70 split in the US.

Considering the pricing of other next-gen titles, the £59.99 price seems quite affordable. It will be interesting to see if Metroid Prime 4: Beyond follows a similar pricing strategy upon its release later this year.
