Pathologic 3 Launches on PC January 2026, Steam Demo Available Now

Pathologic 3 has officially locked in its PC launch for January 9, 2026, as revealed by HyperTrain Digital and Ice-Pick Lodge. While awaiting its arrival, players can explore a preview build during Steam Next Fest, now live through October 20, 2025. This marks a slight adjustment from its original 2025 target.

Confidence in the revised schedule remains unshaken, with the developers emphasizing clarity in their Steam announcement: “This date is cemented, triple-secured, and absolutely final.”

Accompanying the demo announcement is a new trailer highlighting Pathologic 3’s eclectic tone and mechanical depth. The video aims to immerse viewers in its haunting atmosphere and layered storytelling.

Available via Steam Next Fest, the trial introduces protagonist Daniil Dankovsky’s journey into the enigmatic City-on-Gorkhon, where he pursues rumors of an ageless being.

The title, first teased in October 2024, now faces a minor slippage past its initial 2025 projection. Steam Next Fest also features demos for other anticipated projects, including the tactical RPG Ash and Steel and the eldritch horror shooter Beneath.
