Redeeming codes in Zenless Zone Zero

To redeem codes, you must first reach Inter-Knot Level 5. The mailbox function is available from the start. Rewards can be found in your inventory or wallet.

If rewards don’t appear immediately, close and restart the game. Codes can be redeemed either in-game or via the official website.

In-game redemption

To redeem a code in-game:

  1. Open the menu by pressing ESC on PC, options on PlayStation 5, or tapping on mobile.
  2. Choose ‘More’.
  3. Select ‘Redemption Code’.
  4. Enter the code.
  5. Click ‘Redeem’.
  6. Check your mail for rewards.



Redeeming via website

To redeem codes online:

  1. Sign into the official website.
  2. Select your server and character nickname.
