Tempest merges Storm’s icy and electric abilities with Warfare’s raw aggression. Early progression favors Ice Shards, transitioning to Lightning Bolt after acquiring sufficient Divinity and a ranged weapon. Experimentation is encouraged, as passive skills and attribute allocations can be reset to optimize offense and defense.

Battle Tactics

Successful Tempest play hinges on positioning. Engage enemies from range, maximizing Lightning Bolt’s area effect while avoiding retaliation. Precision targeting and kiting are crucial, as the build prioritizes evasion over tanking damage.

Attribute Strategy 

Distribute attribute points between Knowledge and Agility for optimal lightning damage and bow efficiency. Assign leftover points to Vigor for survivability. Gear requirements may dictate minor attribute adjustments, but this trio amplifies cunning and elemental output.
