Although initially limited, expanding your network of Mining Outposts proves essential for enhancing efficiency and meeting time-sensitive objectives.
Expanding Mining Operations in The Alters
While the game initially permits Outpost placement, additional units require fabrication through strategic planning:
- Navigate to your central habitat using the elevator system
- Access the Workshop level containing manufacturing facilities
- Interact with the production console using the designated input
- Select the Exploration category within the manufacturing interface
- Fabricate new Mining Outposts using available resources
