Teleport to Rouge Plaza and navigate north to Wild Zone 3. The Centrico Pokémon Center serves as the optimal preparation point before entering the zone.

Within Wild Zone 3, focus your search near the southwestern entrance where Skiddo typically spawns. These creatures appear consistently throughout day-night cycles, with standard encounters ranging from Level 6-8. Rare Alpha variants may occasionally appear at higher levels.

Employ stealth tactics by crouching to approach undetected. Time your Poke Ball throws when the capture indicator turns green. While standard balls suffice, Great Balls improve success rates if engagements escalate to battles.
