Completing the Liberation Bound Mission

While exploring Rouge Street, you’ll discover a person bound in a Pokémon-made cocoon near the Sushi High Roller. Upon interacting with them, they’ll request assistance breaking free. To succeed, your Pokémon must unleash an attack exceeding 100 power. If your team lacks such capabilities, consider teaching a move via Technical Machine (TM) to boost damage output.

After shattering the cocoon, the individual reveals three Spinarak—his own companions—were responsible for his predicament. A brief dialogue concludes the mission.
