To bring scientists into your park, construct and utilize a Control Center structure. This facility serves as the administrative backbone of your operations, unlocked during early gameplay phases.

After establishing your Control Center:

  • Interact with the building to reveal its management panel. At the bottom, locate and select the “View Scientists” option.
  • Navigate to the fifth tab labeled “Scientists,” revealing an empty roster.
  • Select “Recruit Scientist” on each slot to browse available candidates with varying expertise levels, contractual terms, and recruitment fees.

Evaluate specialists based on their unique skills and budget requirements. New players should prioritize affordable hires (under $100k) before pursuing premium candidates during later expansion phases.
