The restricted medical outfit requires accessing Chapter 2’s Quarantine Wing. Activate the green portal in Lina’s hub to begin this questline from previous Halloween events.
Accessing Restricted Medical Facilities
Three mystical symbols and one security device must be collected to unlock the area. Follow these instructions carefully to locate all necessary components.

- Initial symbol appears in the food service area. After spawning, navigate leftward through initial corridors to locate this room’s rear wall inscription.
Symbol Site B
- Climb stairs to discover another marker concealed behind seating furniture on the upper level’s entrance section.
Symbol Site C
- Final engraving resides near damaged furniture outside Chamber 28. Traverse leftward upon reaching upper floors to locate this endpoint.
Security Device
- Retrieve the access card from central administrative furniture upstairs. Be cautious – security personnel may reset progress if detected during collection.
With all components secured, proceed to ground floor’s eastern corridor. The sealed chamber becomes accessible near the spawn area’s rightmost path.
Navigate through restricted staff areas to discover medical apparel displayed on specialized racks. Interact with the costume pieces to permanently add them to your collection.
