Completing the Bounty Objective

After claiming the contract, travel south of Windy Meadow to Hilltop Watchtower. Upon arrival, a chaotic skirmish unfolds between rival factions. Mount your steed immediately to evade mortar fire raining down from Ippei’s elevated position. Navigate the battlefield to reach the outlaw’s perch.
