Merchant	Standing next to Dr. Sergei, inside the Captain’s Quarter.	Buy item storage or sell items for Lunari.
Dr. Sergei	Standing near the bookshelf on the left side inside the Captain’s Quarter.	Provides medical services for 20 Lunari to treat injuries and ailments.
Guild Master	Inside the Captain’s Quarters, straight from the entrance.	Enables guild creation at Level 10 for 1000 Lunari.
Merchant	Standing near the wall in the main area of the Empyrean Embassy.	Stores items and offers Lunari for sold goods.
Giles	Standing under one of the pillars inside Captain’s Quarters, just in front of the bar area.	Teleports players to trading hubs and testing zones via Emblems.
Fenwick	Sitting in front of a bookshelf on the right side of the Captain’s Quarters.	Offers quests to retrieve lost notes, rewarding successful completion with the Veinlash Spell.
Faelanor	The front left corner of the Flying Airship.	Teaches the Witchcraft class skills.
Beowulf	Rear end of the Flying Airship. Go to the left corner to find Beowulf.	Sells compasses, food items, and various weaponry.
The Guard	Roams the hallways of the Sunken Bastille.	Defeating this NPC completes Nero’s mission and drops loot like Lunari and equipment.
Nero	Standing behind the Captain, left to the entrance of the Captain’s Quarter.	Initiates tutorial dungeons and unlocks the Rogue class upon completing missions.
Noir	Standing right to the helm of the Flying Airship, beside Ronan.	Explains weapon mechanics and exchanges Arena Vouchers for gear.
Ronan	Standing right to the helm of the Flying Airship.	Unlocks multiplayer battles after initial defeat.
Captain	Helm of the Flying Airship.	Controls server selection and Battle Royale access.
