Initiating the Cursed Ground Quest

Commence this adventure by engaging with a distressed settler stationed near Ishikari Fork’s Reliquary of Strength. He’ll urgently request assistance retrieving escaped horses. Confirm participation through the interaction menu to activate the questline.

Cursed Ground Completion Walkthrough

The settler explains the horses fled toward ominous effigies erected by the Oni. Follow him along a path lined with disturbing monuments commemorating fallen dissenters. The first steed, Daichi, awaits near an intimidating statue cluster.

Dismount and progress along the sculpture-lined trail. Use the designated interaction prompts to calm the spooked animal. After multiple attempts, Daichi will retreat to graze on nearby foliage – approach carefully to retrieve him.

Proceed to the second monument cluster where the settler’s other horse, Umi, remains bound. Upon freeing the animal, hostile Oni warriors emerge claiming ownership. Defeat these adversaries, ensure both horses’ safety, and escort the settler to conclude the mission successfully.
