Locating the Tower’s Spectral Guardian

Near the edifice, combatants emerge, primarily engaging in close-quarters. Be wary of archers concealed in foliage. Since primary entrances remain sealed, explore peripheral pathways—all routes converge internally.

Upon entering, ascend to the transitional doorway between levels. There, Ancestor Orlick awaits with an inkwell, prompting your search for a missing writing implement to proceed.

Unearthing the Phantom’s Writing Tool

Exit and activate your spirit compass (default G). Follow the guide southward to a burial site guarded by adversaries. After eliminating them, examine the grave to claim the quill. Return it to Orlick and interact twice to transport him to Nighthold.

Access Nighthold via Tab (PC) to find Orlick’s chamber materializing as luminous architecture. Engage with him to access archival records.
