Nintendo introduces long-awaited update for Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom.

As Nintendo prepares for the imminent release of the Switch 2, several original Switch titles have received updates for compatibility. Among these, The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom stands out with enhancements, including a more efficient method to locate preferred Echoes across different consoles.

These Echoes function as replicas of in-game elements, allowing Zelda to summon objects or creatures like beds for bridging gaps or Peahat enemies to attack opponents. With 127 unique Echoes available, navigating the extensive list could previously be time-consuming.

Addressing player feedback, a new filtering option now prioritizes favorited Echoes once players unlock 30 or more, simplifying selection—an improvement many would have welcomed during the game’s initial launch.

Version 1.1.0 introduces visual refinements for the Switch 2 and gameplay tweaks for enhanced performance. Full update details are accessible via Nintendo’s support page.
